I did Cocain last night.

I was partying in the city last nite and me and my friends got
a hookup and started doing some blow. I haven't done it in at
least 7 years, and before that maybe another 6 or 7. I got sooooo
sick:( I was all ready to have a good time and basically felt like
TOTAL shit all night. I didn't feel proud about doing it, but now
I guess I got what I deserve. I have been dieting soooo clean
to boot. Fuck it. Ya live and ya learn. No more of that garbage
for me. BTW- I was supposed to go out with my wife and friends
tonight for dinner (her birthday tomorrow) but felt so shitty, I
cancelled. Now my wife fucking hates me too:(

How come everytime something bad happens people like you blame it on the devil. I am not flaming you bro. But in my opinion he just made the wrong choice. The devil had nothing to do with it.

Did crank for the last time awhile back went on a wild spree for almost three days, I lost about 8 pounds, I was so depressed:bawling: :bawling: I'll never do that again.

lines. By the time I came home my head was pounding and I
felt like I could barely breathe! Not to mention the burning
sensation in the pit of my stomach. It was a little more then
heartburn imo. Dude, if you want to do blow, more power to
you. In my opinion anybody that does this shit is an idiot! Same
goes for "E", and that other fucking garbage "special K"! You
keep doing this shit "responsibly". And NO, I'm NOT a pussy!!!

You make your own decisions by using your brain which builds its own database over time. Your database told you to do some coke because you tried it before and liked it, so you did. Now that you feel like shit, it's in your database. Next time it comes up, your database will likely say "Don't do that shit again".

It's a shame in today's world where we take no responsibility for our actions. It's always someone else's fault. Someone's kid drowns in a hotel pool, they sue the hotel (how about watch your damn kid). Someone burns their mouth on hot coffee, they sue McDonald's. Someone decides to do narcotics, they blame the devil because there is no one else to blame.

Hey, you know what's funny? There a Mcdonald's near my gym, actually behind it. When you come into the gym, you get that Fried Chicken Nugget Aroma :p just as you go through the door.

Imagine doing 1 hour of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and having to deal with that.

This is what I ate Yesterday:

eggo waffles with peanut butter and maple sirup, 2 cups of skim milk

1 large pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and green olives. Party mix chips, 2 cans of A&W root beer.

2 homemade hamburgers(no cheese ;) ) fries, potato wedges, 1 can of pepsi twist.

1 whole pita bread, cheddar/mozz cheese with lettuce, 2 apples. cashews, diet coke.

Protein Shake.


Today I start my diet of tuna, beans, oatmeal, whey powder, olive oil, chicken breast. Yummmy :bawling:

go back to eatin clean soon. When I was out sick, that's the kind
of shit I ate almost everyday! 30lbs later! Nothing a little NYC
and some serious cardio/diet can't fix.

don't feel bad about partying once in a while, you know how many pro's actually use coke on a regular basis??? LOTS, i have partied with bodybuilders after shows and watched them take lines, i know some that do it before going to the gym, don't feel bad. You probably got some bunk shit, everything now is so stepped on it is probably only 10% real shit. Its all oil based to hold the inositol together so it looks like rock, but its just shit.

I started eating clean today: so far:

Oatmeal/whey powder

2chicken breasts/ 1 tablespoon of raw honey

After training:

Nestea Ice tea(can)/whey

Later in the day:

1 can of tuna/1 cup of black beans/ 1 tablespoon of Olive oil.

Steak/Cauliflower

Whey/Cottage cheese.

Btw, I eat steak everyday now, I get it very cheap(marked down) because I know a good bro who works there.

I love sniffing coke, I would do it all of the time except I do not want to lose wait. Although I do not think it is smart I have done coke while Im cycling. Luckily my heart has never fell out off my ass or anything
 
Cocaine is the DEVIL. Trust me i know from experience, and am not too proud to say it, but i was addicted to it for a long time. Went from being 220 to 160 in a matter of months. Its not a fun road at all, but overcoming your addiction, or even "spur of the moment fun" with it needs to stop and your the only person that can do it. Rehab wont help, friends wont help, nothing will help but God & you! I quit, and am now up to 190, and im only in my 2 week of my cycle.

Bro - you said it yourself - Ya live and learn. I tried it a couple times - did not care for the experience. Have had friend lives ruined from it. I have seen people get so fucking hooked on that garbage. My ex GF has a bad addiction - ended up costing me money - she is on a downhill spiral, it's sad. So many people in this city have addictions, and every one of them is throwing away everything they have. Fuck anyone on here that thinks they are tough cause they can handle it and gives you shit - I hope they flush their lives down the toilet and end up a sad piece of shit with nothing left but their own fuckin misery and self-pity.

Be smart about what you do Bro, some people can handle it in moderation, some people can't. Personally ain't a chance worth taking IMO.

BTW - coke ain't the Devil - it's just an evil drug that ruins lives of not only people who do it, but the people who care about the people doing it.

Well my little sister just got out of the pen on and off for 15 years for that mess and i think the people that do it are LOSERS and at one time she was in the church living for God and she chose to do drugs because she didn't have a consistant prayer life and it will make you weak we all have temptations but we all know right from wrong and and some chose to destroy themselves. I grew up in a very rough neighborhood very violent and drugs all around me and could have taken the same road but didn't was a very violent person in karate at a young age would fight prob everyday sometimes twice on somedays or more and like to lost my life with guns several times and God changed me and i left that mess behind, people can do what ever they wan't if they chose a good life they will hang with the right people if they wan't the bad life its not hard to find but be strong and turn away God will make you hate the things you used to like that are bad if you pray and read the word. Sorry for the lonnnnng speech let the flames begin.
