This is what I ate Yesterday:
eggo waffles with peanut butter and maple sirup, 2 cups of skim milk
1 large pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and green olives. Party mix chips, 2 cans of A&W root beer.
2 homemade hamburgers(no cheese

) fries, potato wedges, 1 can of pepsi twist.
1 whole pita bread, cheddar/mozz cheese with lettuce, 2 apples. cashews, diet coke.
Protein Shake.
Today I start my diet of tuna, beans, oatmeal, whey powder, olive oil, chicken breast. Yummmy
