For me lifting weights is like a religioin. Shit I am at the gym more than at church, so that justification is validated. For me, I like my life to have a certain routine, and if I get off that routine, bad stuff usually happens. For instance the winter break, totally blew me away, and I haven't been to the gym for the past 2 weeks. So what happened to me during that 2 week period? I took up smoking again
