hahah gotcha. Im up 15lbs on this cycle. This will be week 5 coming up. I started at 198lbs now Im at 213lbs. I have been stuck at 213lbs for 8 days......
 
Sorry you cant change Genetics! Thats why alot of the pros use synthol. To even out those parts that will always lag behind due to Genetics.

I hate to be a pain in the ass, but arms, you really need to do great form for one set, and then super heavy the next set.

Arms are my best body part. Only do arms on arm day.

I normally do

Preacher curls to failure
Dumbbell curls on a machine to failure
Curls with cables


Skull crushers to failure
Pushdowns to failure
Triceps kick back

Reverse curls to failure.
Foram curls to failure on my knees and using the bench

I would never suggest using synthol. That is cheating in its purest form if you ask me. Gears not cheating, at least you have to put the work in.
 
Sorry bro but sounds like you have the same curse as me, shitty genetics when it comes to arms. Yes you can try dif. exercises, volume, drop sets, super sets, eat like hell, rest, you name it. And they will respond somewhat but alot of us don't have the genetics to get 18" or larger arms. It's frustrating I know. I'm for the most part satisfied w/ my other body parts except for my arms. This has been the only thing keeping me from totally commiting to do a show. If I could just get those bastards above 17 1/2" I'm there :chomp: .
 
MY ARM STUCK FOR A FEW YEARS, MOVING SLOWLY OF COURSE.
I AM A GREAT BELIEVER IN 'SHOCKING' THE ARMS. SO NO ONE WORKOUT IS THE BEST.

I used about 10 sets going heavy and strict and changing the training around a lot. Sometimes keeping the same excercises just swapping the order. I used IGF into the biceps 100mcgs 28 days on 30 days off.

They grew and started to move. It worked for me
