I hear ya. I left my baby alone with my hubby just long enough to get a hair cut and almost had an anxiety attack because I couldn't get home fast enough. I hate traffic. I don't think this attachment and dating issue has anything to do with being a "single" mother. The only reason my hubby gets to see me is because we live together.
When ur ready to make more time for urself, u will. Take ur time.

The man I was with for the 3 years before my hubby spent most of those 3 years in Iraq or Africa. I got to see him more than twice a year but sometimes not for SEVERAL months at a time. He was my bf. I didn't date anyone else.
You get to set ur dating rules. You can count twice a year as dating or not. It's up to u.

Actually, I may come to Dallas in the upcoming months to see him, but I'm not sure of a date yet.
