I can't eat anymore!!

OK, I've had it, I just can't keep up my eating! I did great for the first 6 weeks of my cycle, 4000 clean cals a day, about 300gm of protien and carbs each, but this last week has sucked, I just don't ever want to eat, the thought of food makes me sick! Help give me some motivation to keep stuffing my face for 2 more weeks. Strenth and training are still good, but I feel like I just can't eat.

I'm really worried that as I get bigger that I just will not be able to eat enough to continue to grow, I have always had a big appetite (I thought), this is the first time in my life I have not enjoyed food. I'm gonna try EQ next cycle and see if that helps, if not I may have to give up eating super clean while growing, and use a little more calorically dense food. I will have an all you can eat meal ticket next year at college, maybe this will help make my next cycle tolerable. Other suggestions are welcome.
 
Try smoking weed while on. This will make you really hungry (but possibly really stupid too), and like you said you could try eating a little more caloric dense foods instead. Note: I personally would not smoke weed but some of the guys here do and it works well for them.
 
From what you're saying, I'd guess that you've been eating the same shit every day. Like chicken breasts, tuna, and protein shakes...right? Just try changing things up...use different marinades on your meats, and difference sauces...throw different things into your shakes (yogurt, fruits, etc...) I like to do this every couple of weeks and make all my food the same way for a few weeks, then change it up again...Keeps things interesting, and the change of flavors makes eating less of a chore.
 
Although your appitite seems dead now ,you will get used to it. For the first couple weeks @ 4500cals+ (a couple years ago) I could have probubly thrown-up on command but that passed and now im fine at caloric intakes that high. Also, I have experienced noticeable appetite increases with B12 injections in the past, maybe try that.
 
Put you're meals into a food processor....mix it all up.....add some water....hold your nose and drink it.....
 
valiums and weed make me hungry as a race horse........my bro in so cal, who has access to ghb, tells me that makes you eat like a horse, too.
 
Dr. Banner, open your mouth and say AHHHH! I hate eating too. If it were my choice I'd eat one pop tart per day. Eat big, lift big, get big is my motto that I say over and over in my head as I shovel tons of food down my throat. B12 injections really helped with my appetite. Give 'em a shot.
 
GOD, just Fucking EAT. It is so freakin' easy to eat 6-7 800 calorie meals. For gods sake there about 800 calories in any weight gainer.

Man I fucking hate cutting, I don't wanna hear anymore whining about not being able to eat enough food.

I don't really want to start smoking again, already kicked that habit b/c I lose all motivation when I smoke

I've heard of b12, how much is it and how hard is it to get, never seen it on a price list

Alright, 1 more question, how closely do ya'll keep track of everything (macros) while bulking?

Try doing what I do...

Set a calorie goal for yourself... say 4000 cal per day. Then... every night before you go to bed put an iron frying pan on the stove on the high setting. Don't put anything in the frying pan. Just heat it up till it is red red hot. Then add up your calories for the day. If you made your 4000 calories... throw a nice juicey burger on the skillet and cook yourself a treat before bed. If you didn't make your 4000 calorie goal... take out your penis and press the flaming skillet to the head of your penis for the count of 30... and count slow... 29... 28... 27...

I've taught this trick to a lot of friends. It's helped most guys get their calorie count up quickly. :)

I do the same thing! I still haven't gotten up to 4000 calories though...this is what my penis looks like now...:freak: So be careful if you use this method!
 
bro, diversify your meals. I set my meal plan (goal) for the cycle, but I NEVER keep it. Goals are made to be broken to set higher goals.
I eat so much different shit. I learned (thank God) to eat a lot while on the cycle. I just ate and chewed ginger root pills...
I love food...
the worst experience with food intake I had (it still gives me chills up my spine) was when I prepared my protein shake and forgot about it for a day. After gym I didn't want to waste full 3 cups of protein shake. Man, it tasted and looked like a cookie dough. As soon as I finished I pucked it back into the container where it came from... Will never do it again...:bawling:

Hey DR R , I know the feeling I'm in my 5th week and tired of eating too but I break it up some when i feel like I'm burning out I go eat something different like a seafood buffet and a peanut butter sandwich after that just to just to really break it up, then I get back on track and push through it. btw I'm on Test & Deca & 500 mgs EQ now and it dont help me eat anymore but it feels like its burning a hole in my stomach after its injected and anxiety is terrible, i planed to do a test& Eq cycle and had a extra Ttok Deca so i threw it in for the first time mixing Deca & Eq just to see what would happen,I dont think i will do it again not sure the results are not in yet .

I had the same problem during my last cycle. For the first couple of weeks I kept trying to force down about 5000 cals per day, but after a while I felt sick just thinking about eating. Tired B12 but it didn't do anything. My best advice is to forget about eating "clean." What is that supposed to mean anyway? Just make sure you get enough protein and a decent amount of carbs. Where the rest of calories come from really doesn't matter. For example, I usually have a protein shake with two cups of milk and 2 scoops of powder. Just add some cream, and you have a 1000 Cal meal. One of those in the moprning and one at night and you are half way there.
