23 yrs old, 6'1, 235 lbs, started at 167 lbs, training 3.5 yrs, body fat%? I can see all my abs a little.

Week 1-4 Test E 250mg 2X/week
Week 1-4 Deca 300mg 2X/week
Week 5-9 Tren A 150mg 3X/week
Week 5-9 Test E 250mg 3X/week
Week 1-7 D-bol 40mg 5X/week
Week 1-9 Nolvadex 1tab/ED
Week 8-11 Winstrol 30mg/ED
Week 9-10.5 HCG 500IU/ED
Week 9-11 Clomid 100mg/ED
Week 12-13 Clomid 50mg/ED
I went from 200 to 225 and I kept all my gains. Didn't have any sides besides bad acne on my face post cycle(that sucked). Now I'm taking creatine and 235lbs.
My current diet is the following:
8am-wake up
8:30 50 grams whey protein powder, 6 whole raw eggs(36 grams protein), water, mixed in shaker
11:15-two cups oatmeal, not the Quaker stuff
2:30-canned chicken breast(78 grams protein) 1.5 cups brown rice
4:30-40 grams whey protein powder, 5 whole eggs(30 grams protein), water, mixed in shaker
7:45-one can tuna(22 grams protein), 1 cup brown rice
9:45-large salad, salmon/chicken(45 grams protein)
10:45 NoExplode, caffeine pills, multivitamins, vitamin C
11-12:20am Training
12:30 two scoops maize complex carbs, two scoops creatine
1am-8 egg whites(48 grams protein), 25 grams whey protein powder, 25 grams casein protein powder, water, mixed in shaker
1:10am sleep
3:30am-toilet break then 12grams whey, 12 grams casein protein powder, water mixed in shaker
3:36am-sleep again
I just ordered 12 kilos of meat online including kangaroo meat, sirloin beef, and round beef.
I'll try to eat about 300 grams of meat every night for dinner and switch off once in a while with chicken or salmon for dinner. I don't want too much red meat. So my total daily intake of protein is at least 410 grams.
I'm going to start my third cycle this weekend.

I'm an American living in Japan. Steroids are legal in Japan and I have them easily delivered to my front door by next day airmail. And I pay upon delivery in cash.
Anyway, I had a Japanese steroid guru make this and the previous programs for me. The last one went great so I have faith in him. But my best friend in LA who is also an AAS vet. says the Test. e is excessive and the HCG should only be post cycle, not during. Do you guys have any thoughts? 1 gram of Test e a week is high so what kind of sides should I expect? What kind of gains should I expect? I want to put on some more mass since I'm tall. Do you guys think this is gonna be a good cycle or should I cut some of the dosages? Any suggestions or comments would be great!
