It was kinda cool but kinda lame as well.
The deal is.. everyone shows up wearing either green, yellow, or red.
Green if you're single. Red if you are taken.
And yellow if you dont know yet (there hasnt been an official defining of the relationship)
I wore green obviously, and went with some of my roomies. They stood around bored a lot of the time, and I went around and introduced myself to some chicks and talked to some old friends. It was alright. Just kinda dumb because even though there were hot girls there with green shirts on, for some reason I had no desire to ask them out on a date or nothing.
I did kinda wanna dance kinky with a few, but that would have been wrong, because that meant i woulda been lusting over a girl, which is looked down upon in Christianity.
And for talking to girls and getting numbers and all, for some reason that didnt seem real appealing either? I mean whats the point if you are not even going to make out or have sex with them or something?
Its like, hey, if I am going to get a girlfriend, I want to meet her through some other means, not some stupid mass 150 person party, where a bunch of random ppl show up to. The party seen was just kinda awkward, even around the ppl that you did know, because of the whole shirt thing.
Call me a wuss, but honestly, I felt like I had no desire to ask out any of the girls that I talked to tonight. I didnt even have a real desire to talk to them for that long, it was more so just the thrill of going up to some random chick and introducing myself (just to see if I could do that).
The grass always seems greener from the other side. The moment I get an opportunity filled situation to ask out some girls and stuff, the notion doesnt even seem all that exciting. lol. thats fucked up.
