I am not getting enough protein

I am having a hard time eating lately, all I want is carbs. DO you guys do anything special to chicken or meat to make it more desirable? I usually eat them plain, but can't lately. Any eating tricks?

isnt shrimp loaded with sodium?? i know its high in protein, but i remember it being very high in sodium. its still a great food to eat though, i love it!
 
If you cant force yourself to eat things that taste like shit, you're in the wrong game. Are you a bodybuilder? If so, get your priorities straight. FOOD, namely protein is definately No. 1 priority. And remember, if you cant eat it, drink it. Its much easier to down a protein shake than a can of tuna.
 
To the person who questions if I am a bb, I just asked if anyone had some ideas to give some flavor. It is a pain eating the same old shit. It gets old, but I still stay the course. Eating sucks, but you have to do it. Who are you to question, You don't know me or how I look. WHat the fuck is your problem? I know it is priority, that is why I asked.
 
on chicken I like to use some ground red pepper and maybe some garlic. Also if you spread just a little salsa on the chicken it is real good. Salsa only has a little carbs in it. tuna is not too bad if you throw just a little mircle whip and some mustard in it. Miricle whip has only 3 grms carbs and 2 grms fat per 2 tblspns. Not too bad. Drinking it is good to. Iss M3 is awesome with an extra scxoop of isopure vanilla carb free in it. scifit also makes a good mrp as does isopure. chocolate to help with cravings.....yum:p
 
I know its not gormet but adding a can of cream of chicken w/ herbs soup to hot chicken breasts helps me break the plain chicken cycle, add white rice and its a meal. also if im reheating plain chicken i'll dump some pizza sauce and cheese on top.

when i'm really trying to gain i buy chocolate cereal and add protein and weight gainer powder to it. with the milk its like 40 grams of protein - if you dont mind the carbs.

Pepper, butter, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning always keep it different for me. Fry, bake, broil. Eat different proteins or your body will top off with the respective amino acid from the protein you keep taking in and you'll be hard pressed to keep eating it. I do one protein per day and go like chicken, beef, chicken, seafood, chicken, eggs, chicken, pork, chicken and so on. Chicken is cheap so I keep it every other day.
 
Artscarved you seem to be an immature bastard. Anyway the bros here have some good ideas, they have been doing this a while like me. I always say if you want more chicken breast recipes than Julia Childs could serve up, come to elitefitness! By the way why didnt you post this on the diet board scabie-dick?
