Pepper, butter, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning always keep it different for me. Fry, bake, broil. Eat different proteins or your body will top off with the respective amino acid from the protein you keep taking in and you'll be hard pressed to keep eating it. I do one protein per day and go like chicken, beef, chicken, seafood, chicken, eggs, chicken, pork, chicken and so on. Chicken is cheap so I keep it every other day.
