I only drink skim milk. Any good glutamine content in it?
Ok, I take a post workout shake with 50 grams of ABB Whey, add in 30-40 grams of Ultra Fuel carbs, 7-10 grams of glutamine, 5 grams of creatine.
I also like to take glutamine right before bed as it makes sense to have some aminos in your body as you rest for long periods of no food intake. I am thinking of adding arginine as well.
