On a serious note, list the details of your next workout!! I would like to collect a few ideas.
 
something benchish for a 1rm
close grip for a 3rm
barbell rows 3x10
shoulder press 3x10
face pulls 3x10
tri pushdowns 3 or 4 sets, 8-15 reps
pushing my car
 
reg. bench 5 set pyramid
declined bench 4 set pyramid
pulldown 3sets
french curl 3 sets
overhead skullcrushers 3 sets
two hand barbell curl (seated) 3 sets
inclined dumbell curl 3 sets
concentration curls (standing)3 sets
I just did that today i feel great i feel huge
try it take off a few days and do a chest and arm then split them up feels great.

I'm thinking about doing a Metal Militia style for my next workout:

Bench 5x3
5 Board 3x3
4 Board 3x3
3" Lockouts 10 singles

Then if I have any energy left I might do something like pulldowns, pressdowns, and/or hammer curls

Lately ive been doing working up sets. Work up to my 2 sets for 3 max. Its been working great. On tuesday im going to do this with my bench and im gonna do 3 to 5 sets of five on dumbell rows
