I started my first DNP 200mg cap on Friday night 8:00pm

Been taking a cap every 12 hours.

Experience a few heat waves, nothing serious yet. Woke up pretty dry this morning.

Interestingly, I carb depleted before the first cap for 2 days. Then I started carbing up after my first cap. I feel pretty good so far, looking to up the dose by tomorrow.

I guess I will be taking a cap every 8 hours.

3 RED BULL that stuff will dihadrate you bad. That is the last think you need while on DNP. Plus that is arround 100grms of sugar. Shouldn't you wacht your diet a bit more while on DNP.
