i am going to start a keto diet here in about a week or so. i guess i am kinda tapering off the carbs by lowering them, also cutting them off after 6:00pm for the next week.
i am having a HARD time finding foods i can eat without carbs. i figured veggies didnt have them but i was wrong. i have looked on EVERY label of EVERYTHING!! onlt thing i know of are eggs, meat, & plain salads. i am asking if anyone knows of anymore foods out there. this is driving me nuts! i am starving and i happen to be out of the above at the moment. i need to go shopping. by the way, i am on 700mgs of winstrol/week and 50mgs anadrol/day.
any help asap is appreciated!
also, mr. bmj if your out there tonight, i need your help.
