i am having a problem with zero carbohydrate foods

i am going to start a keto diet here in about a week or so. i guess i am kinda tapering off the carbs by lowering them, also cutting them off after 6:00pm for the next week.
i am having a HARD time finding foods i can eat without carbs. i figured veggies didnt have them but i was wrong. i have looked on EVERY label of EVERYTHING!! onlt thing i know of are eggs, meat, & plain salads. i am asking if anyone knows of anymore foods out there. this is driving me nuts! i am starving and i happen to be out of the above at the moment. i need to go shopping. by the way, i am on 700mgs of winstrol/week and 50mgs anadrol/day.
any help asap is appreciated!
also, mr. bmj if your out there tonight, i need your help.

Most types of nut have low-no carbs. I love to eat Macadamia(sp?) nuts. I hate no carb diets! All I eat are egg whites, Tuna, Chicken, Turkey, Red meats, Fish and nuts and man mnay protein shakes. Good Luck Mike

M18 said it best with his list. Carb diets suck but you get rewarded in the end! How long are you dieting for, and how may grams 0f protein are you intaking with diet?

i am going to be on the diet not for long. i have been on cycle for 12 weeks, WITHOUT diet i lost 10% bodyfat and 5" on my waist by week 10. i was on alot of androgens such as test anadrol and deca, i cannot explain it. i went from 18 % to somewhere around 9% while staying the same weight. i am now on anadrol and winstrol(on a VERY VERY high dose of winstrol)
the keto diet lasts for 6 days approx. then you carb up the 7th, from what i have learned so far.
i have 3 more weeks. i go to cancun on the 17th of june... i'll be using 25% protein and 75% fat and 0% carbs as directed from a friend. any other help with the foods will be appreciated, if there are anymore:)

Your fears are warranted, mike001. Low carb diet is boring and a big pain in the ass since almost everything has carbs. Mustang's list is short but the entire entree. Be happy you're only doing it for a couple of weeks. I managed a month.

I was eating meat with meat with meat on the side!!! Lost fat fast as hell but if you think roid rage is bad...whoooo boy!!!

Another suggestion is pick up Atkin's diet book. It's got a shitload of recipe's to make life easier and he even sells carb-less bread mix at GNC and other popular nutrition centers. Taste like shit though...
 
Much better w/juice! at least for me!! I tried that natural approch a couple of years ago and life sucked. Eating, which I had to do because of my poor energy level, was a nightmare. Couldn't even work much. always sleeping. What ended it was the ER. I had a nervous brake down. It wasn't one of thoughs fast anxiety attacks. It took about two months to get over. Docs did a # of test:
ekg, blood work, endoscope(sp), and drugs(not as). finally the thing that worked was xanax and then paxil.
Everything cool now but you know what works kava!
