a girl friend of mine how to squat, deadlift and bench. Who thinks I can make her cry before the workout is over?

not hard to do at all for a newbie ofcourse.

i never did understand that training philosophy, making the trainee cry on the first workout. ofcourse they will and more often than not they will not continue training.

Yup, Ive seen people stop training b/c of the soreness and tightness from being pushed too hard on the first workout numerous times. Light weights, limited sets and higher rep to teach the basic movements
 
she wont cry unless you make her feel like crap (which you wont do :) ) and in terms of lifts, her stabilisers will pack it in before her driving muscles do, so youre not going to get much of a lift out of her there. lightish with good form, and maybe a few supersets is the easiest way to break in a noob imo

Thanks that is what I plan on doing teach her light with perfect form. LMAO at people that actually thought I would make my best friend cry. :qt:
 
conditioning the tendons is absolutely neccessary first. or possible injuries will follow. they take alot more work than muscle to get up and going and too stay going.

She might not be your friend anymore after you get through with her.....take it easy at first. :evil:
 
I threw up the first time someone put me through the ringer like that, so I think some tears could flow. Just don't wear your new shoes.

Why don't you cut to the chase and tie her up and spank her instead?
 
She did pretty good her squat was alright. I think she will be squating body weight in 6 months or so.
Deadlift I guess is a little hard for some then others she kept her form tight but she worked up to using the bar olympic bar. I think progression here will be a bit slower.
Bench press was the same a bit to hard with the bar so she did dumbell bench. I showed her some other stuff and putting a program together for her.
She hasn't worked out in 6 months I did her body fat bitch is 19% dam good genetics. She also eats like crap I put a diet plan togther for her to. I really hope she follows through with all this. It would be a shame to see someone with this much genetic potentail waste it.

Side note I need to work out with girls more often makes me feel freaky strong ;)

if i may box squats will get her form down very fast..start out with a high box and when her form is solid drop the box lower and lower until she can get below para..you can do that allin one session or work on dropping the box each week

Don't force anything on her though, as it may backfire. :(

I would skip teaching her deadlifting, deadlifting causes hemmorhoids
