i never did understand that training philosophy, making the trainee cry on the first workout. ofcourse they will and more often than not they will not continue training.
Thanks that is what I plan on doing teach her light with perfect form. Deadlift I guess is a little hard for some then others she kept her form tight but she worked up to using the bar olympic bar. I think progression here will be a bit slower.
Bench press was the same a bit to hard with the bar so she did dumbell bench. I showed her some other stuff and putting a program together for her.
She hasn't worked out in 6 months I did her body fat bitch is 19% dam good genetics. She also eats like crap I put a diet plan togther for her to. I really hope she follows through with all this. It would be a shame to see someone with this much genetic potentail waste it.
Side note I need to work out with girls more often makes me feel freaky strong![]()
