Tomorrow, I am not supposed to use the gym because of my membership (Tues., Thurs., Sat., Sun. only) but the lady at the front said if I came while she was there she would let me!

I get to work out and it is the fourth of July and in a five months it will be Christmas and everything will be better.

HEll at the gym I manage it is 19.00 a month and you get free aerobics. All the equipment is FLEX and I just bought 8 new pieces of cardio. HAMMER STRENGTH is on the way. THe DB's go up to 145lbs.

I got my current workout partner (well, actually now I have two) to sign up at my gym and while he was going through the sign up process I asked the guy how many people belonged to this gym.
now this gym is pretty big, and it is VERY nice, and the celtics train there, they have a day care and lots of nice stuff - but it isn't a chain, it is just this one.
at this one gym he said they have over 4,500 members...

I was totally taken about. I asked him how many actually show up on a given day or week and he estimated not even 20% of that in a week.

I've gotta open me a gym. how many other services can you chanrge a lot for and then the people don't use it? insurance is one of the only ones I can think of.
