also getting in your calories once or twice a week doesn't count .. a lot of guys will do that and then eat bad the other 4 or 5 days a week.

same thing with working out. "i workout hard" i hear that a lot. i know at my gym who the regulars are and who are the bozo's who show up a couple times a week and hog up the machines and go nowhere
 
From what you say you seem to have trouble eating enough to gain, steroids are gonna increase your metabolism, you'll have even more trouble eating enough, I don't see a cycle improving your situation.....

Based on your stats, inability to gain weight and the above quoted comment, id say you have some underlying issues that need to be resolved before you turn to AAS use. You have got some serious deficiencies that are possibly causing your metabolism to be out of whack and you mood to be such that that your stating your sad and pathetic. The underlying cause could be exacerbated by intestinal pathogens to boot.

If your not mentally stable, which it doesnt sound like you are, then AAS use is going to make you a mess, especially post cycle.

Id suggest you find a qualified naturopath/functional medicine practitioner and take a closer look at your overall health.
 
You want to gain muscle? Post up your diet for critique. Sounds like that is the problem. Lots of guys claim to be eating 4000 cals blah blah blah, but in reality 99% are just making shit up and don't know what they eat because they don't track anything. I want to see what you eat every day. Steroids will make you look even worse if you aren't training and eating correctly

Seriouly. Am 228 eat 2800-3500 a day. Varies depending on how I feel and on carb restricted days. This is with 2hrs in the gym one of which is pure cardio 4-6 time a week. I know everyones motab is different but mine was pretty high too so am not bitting into this that much.

Bottom line its hard!!!! Your not gonna get big in a couple years! Takes a lot of time. Ppl think they're eatting enough but in reality thery're not! If your really eatting 4000 and not gaining then eat MORE! Wanna be big EAT!

Ive joosed for years but never ate. When I started eatting I thought I was on joose. I made more gains eatting than on joose! If your gonna use AAS to gain weight your in for a rude awakening! Am very sorry about your condition! However, I think here we need to first work on your metal then training and diet. In fact I know so!

I'm a skinny guy...and I've trained with passion....then I got sick for 2 years....and now matter how hard I try I can't put on any muscle mass.....

I would start with 250mg of Testosterone (any kind) and go pay a hormone replacement therapy doctor to oversee everything. Basically because you said: Don't want to be THAT PERSON that gives steroids a bad name.
That is the most conservative and safest way to do it.
 
At first when I read the title I thought the guy is going to commit suicide (steroids aren't all that bad in fact can do more good than bad if well used) .. Anyway 500mg test e/w load On carbs and protein 4K+ calories 4 days training per week low sets +1 failure in the end. you should pack on some size.

if he were to 'pack on size' as you write he would cripple his tendons and ligaments. he has no base.

no way should this guy be touching hormones.
 
Dude, with a history of cancer, the last thing you want to be doing is AAS. However, if you are bound and determined, then please find a medical doctor that will monitor you. This will require complete honesty with your doctor, and I can almost guarantee that he/she will not approve but, at least, they can make sure you minimize chances of hurting yourself. While you are searching for a doctor that you feel comfortable with, train naturally. As posted before, you are likely to hurt yourself if you don't have a 'base'. Muscles are only one part of the equation, tendons and ligaments take longer to adapt.
