I'm a skinny guy...and I've trained with passion....then I got sick for 2 years....and now matter how hard I try I can't put on any muscle mass.....

I'm gona start doing a steroid cycle regardless of my physique and my shitty frame.

I am 26 years old and 6'3 and weigh 163 lbs with an ultra fast metabolism...

I WANNA HOP ON A CYCLE. This is the only thing I love in the world and I know once I put on some muscle that's all I will be happy with.

I want your advice what to run and how to run it.

I want something VERY MILD just to give me a good muscle bump up.

I want to hop onto TEST-E and please recommend how.

PLEASE HELP ME. I'm gona do it anyways so I came here so I don't mess it up. Don't want to be THAT PERSON that gives steroids a bad name.

PLEASE HELP ! I'm actually sad and pathetic and this is THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES ME HAPPY.

Being your 1st post, I question the legitimacy of this post, but I'll bite.

First off, how exactly were you sick for two years. Cancer, Autoimmune disease or something else. Please elaborate.

6'3 at 160 lbs, you should be eating roughly 3500 cals per day to Start, while focusing on Squats, Clean and Jerks, Bench Press, Military Press, Deadlifts, Dips, Barbell Curls and Hanging leg raises. How many of these exercise do you currently perform and how often?

This muscle "bump up" could have some serious consuquences. Without a base your chances of injury are really high. Also, if you can't gain weight off cycle you won't gain weight "on". Everyone can gain weight, you just need to learn how to eat. If you really are passionate about lifting and building muscle then you need to be just as passionate about your diet because that is where you fuel the process. A car can't run on an empty tank, and muscles can't grow without lots of food. Running a cycle won't make you happy. If you injure yourself you'll be out of the gym for a long while, and you'll lose all that you gain. Also If you don't have your diet down, you'll lose all that you gain. Plus it's hard for a body to retain any kind of gains if you don't have a base in the first place.

Everything is stacked against you my friend, your setting yourself up for disappointment.

My personal advice... Hang around here for awhile, we can teach you how to build muscle naturally so that when you do cycle you'll be much happier with your results. I'm not steering you away from cycling, I'm just trying to convince you to delay it until it's worth doing.

I am not a troll btw. I had throat cancer. I ate approx close 4000 cals and do all of the above exercises. Doctors just say I have a fast metabolism and it's genetics :(

Maverick416 I suggest that you eat all Organic foods & avoid processed foods/junk foods. Then lift weights, like a 5x5 program. I also would look into Raw Milk & water that is pure, not the tap water like we have here in USA.

You were eating close to 4000 cals and do all of the above? Jeesh. Sorry to hear about your throat cancer - To be honest testosterone can aggrevate some tumors so check with your DR before running test. Seriously, Dont F*ck around with your health. Its the most important aspect of your life.

Im honest wtih my DR, and he prescribed me low-dose Testosterone Replacement, and insists on monthly blood work.

Assuming your DR clears you, runs the required blood work to rule out any thyroid related issues............then screw it. Run Test and see what happens.

Run it at 500mg weekly to see how your body responds. A lot of people will say this is irresponsible without building a base, and eating properly - and they are correct. WTH - run it anayway with your physicians consent eating at least 4000cals per day and report back.

You want to gain muscle? Post up your diet for critique. Sounds like that is the problem. Lots of guys claim to be eating 4000 cals blah blah blah, but in reality 99% are just making shit up and don't know what they eat because they don't track anything. I want to see what you eat every day. Steroids will make you look even worse if you aren't training and eating correctly
