Doctor never got back to me with test results and now I'm FUCKED

So I got together with my ex girl last week after a several month break. She was like well if you want the poonany you have to get tested, you can never be too careful (fair enough, I was with one girl in the interim). So I was like, OK, whatever, I happened to have a blood test for a checkup coming up on the next Monday so I was like, no skin off my nose, I can wait a few days.

So I get the test and the doc says he will call me Tuesday with the results. I even asked him if he could fax me the results and he said sure, no problem, after I call you. No call on Tuesday. So I call him on Wednesday. I get an answering machine so I leave a message. No call back. I call back today and get this message: the office will be closed until Monday Oct. 14th. If this is an emergency... so I'm like, fuck yeah it's an emergency. So I call the number and the answering service says "He is out of town. Dr. someone else is covering for him." Well Dr. whatshisname doesn't know jack about my test results.

So now I am fucked. If I had him in front of me right now I would lay into him like nobody else. And you better believe I'm never giving him any business again. Fucking asshole.

I don't even want to think about how my girl is going to react when she hears this story. She can't help but think it's bullshit.

God that fucking doctor is fucking me.

LOL thanks you're a true friend. But I am done deceiving her. It's either the truth or nothing. I can afford to lose her trust (at least due to things within my control) again. Plus she has a user ID on here.

I mean, it is a true story, so there's no big deal. if she doesn't beleive you then that means she doesn't trust you for shit and you don't want to be with a person like that anyway.

Thanks again for the offer though.

It's more that I promised her to get these results and didn't live up to my word. The lack of sex IS frustrating but it's more the other thing. OK maybe it's 50-50.

well, somehow I don't think the doctor thought there was that much riding on your test.

I told him I am dating someone new and she wanted me to get tested. What the fuck kind of conclusion was he supposed to draw from that?

I couldn't have been clearer if I'd said "Doc, help a guy get laid and renew a girl's trust."

Besides, HIV means life or death. That's a lot to be riding on too.
