Plain? I have no clue. I threw in a little water, heated it up in the microwave and tossed in a little syrup and cinnamon. Good shit (all things considered). It's Premier Nutrition Instant Organic Oatmeal

There is only one store in my area and it happens to be in my town. I hate it.If I am paying that much than I much rather go to shaws.
However I prefer to go to Market basket (Demoulas).

Get yourself some steel cut oats, cook up 2 dry cups worth (Rice Cooker)and store it in the fridge... Portion it out and flavor it as you go...

The fucking nurtitional value and GI of instant is SHIT.....

Steel Cut oats are fuggin good too... awesome texture... you'll never go back to anything quaker... much less any instant bullshit...
