The white bars? I thought they where 2mg each. Each 1/4 is 1/2mg. Either way 10 of them is either 20mg or 40mg. HOLY SHIT! I cannot imagine. If i took one full bar I would not remember what happened when i woke up.

Benzadrines are bad, however, Xanax is much tougher than Klonopin to kick and there is a key. the half life for xan is about 2 hours, after a two year adiction it's hell, then you move to clonezepam (Klonapin) for two weeks, half life about six hours, then to diazapam (valium) half life anywhere from 24 to 48 hours depending on body chemistry. Take ten mg of diazapam for every two mg of clonopin for two weeks, this take ninety percent of the dt's off and the build up of valium in your system is selft tapering. Just take one less 10 mg pill every three days. Easiest way, remember, it's not easy but has proven to save my ass at least twice....
I'm not proud to say I'm on ten mg of xan again, but hitting it hard (3g's week) and sleep is impossible with out it. Now that I know the formula for easy withdrawl it's simpler.
