100 mgs winny a day.... cookies for breakfast, brownies before bed, burgurs for lunch and dinner... peanut butter and milk in my shakes inbetween and my waist is still shrinking!

Started at 175 my goal was 200 lbs by the end of the cycle im only on week 5 of a 12 weeker just peaked and already 195 lbs... i just might hit 210 by the end of my cycle :evil:

No.. I don’t have any idea what you have been eating… I do know what it takes in relation to caloric and NUTRITION intake to maintain and grow.. You can lean bulk ( That’s the only way to go in my opinion) but 20 good pounds in five weeks just is not going to happen…

I am 5’11” also.. My avi was taken about a year ago after the Kansas State Championships… I was 189 at contest and about 195 when the pics were taken…

Know this… I’m not doggin on ya.. Not at all.. I love for people to work hard and get results but……

In ur pic you are lean… A good base.. OK…… For a swimmer… Bodybuilding … Not so sure… no traps, lats or delts… Lets see ur legs….

I am naturally VERY skinny… Til I was 30 I had never been over 150.. Today at 40 I hold steady around 220 in the off season… I hope to compete in May around 198….. It takes work and I’m just saying if you really gained 20 good pounds in 5 weeks you have the best winny EVER!!

In 3 weeks I put on 10lbs of pure mass while maybe even cutting bodyfat a bit...If I remember right I think I was using 600mg Test E EW, 80mg Anavar ED, 100mg Tren Ace ED, and I think I still had some Primo in my system, and I was running 500grams of protein, 350 grams carbs, and healthy fats, but totally clean.

...But on 100mg Winny ED with those kind of gains (20lbs 5 weeks) WHILE your waist is shrinking and while eating cookies and shit? Dude that's pretty insane to say the least. You sure you ain't pokin yourself with some Slin after a workout? ;-) haha
 
Haha im just sayin too many people on this board hate on winny and say it does nothing i dont think it matters what you take as much as your food intake sleep and workouts go.... my next cycle will be sust 500 mg pw my body seems to react well to single substances :)
 
I'm curious what you will look like after your cycle. Also, eating like that WILL just get your fat over time. You are what 18? Most can eat anything they want for the most part. Plus you already have a fat metabolism as an ectomorph.

Totally agreeing with you but wanted to reaffirm that point. you just have the metabolism of a shrew...

And just like Omega stated, whatever your goals are is fine but I am sure you want them to be lasting. Diet and training are the major steps to success...everything else is secondary.
 
wait...if he is only 18 then this entire thread is pointless. When I was 18 I ate mountains of food and still pissed excellence. You are producing naturally what many on this board are trying to accomplish through AAS. Your a tard plain and simple....that is if you are only 18.
 
why juice if ur not going for the body building look? what kinda look are you going for?
I've been small and cut my whole life i just wanna put on a lil more size break my platue of 175 which i've been the last 2 years ofcourse i partied alot and my diet wasnt all that great but ive totally dedicated myself to working out now... i model and getting into fitness modelling is my dream so you could say im going for that look... im 24 btw
 
OK. So you're eating cookies and brownies and crap and still gained about 20 clean lbs. Can you imagine what you might look like over all if you ate clean? Think about habits for your future. If you really want to make it in modeling, doing that little bit of "extra" might put you over the top. No question, from your pic you seem to have the look (no homo.)
 
i just started bulking as well, on 50mgs winny ed, mast 100 eod , test prop 100 eod and hgh 6ius ed....been doing this cycle for almost 6 weeks but just started the bulking phase last week, im up about 8-10 lbs but i know a lot of its water since i was eating very low sodium on my cutter but MAN am i filling out!! my foods are much cleaner then yours bro...burgers, steaks, chicken, bread, rice, potato, raisin bran, milk...as far as junk goes all i really eat daily is a couple granola bars (chocolate chip) sugar free pudding (eat that shit by the gallon) and i do have low fat pop tarts post workout, love those things.

lol i dont give a shit ill admit it is a gay ass hat it says "ken" (my girl has one that says barbie) but chicks dig it and to the best of my knowledge prefer the lean cut look to the body builder look (my girl doesnt want me getting any bigger but i do this for mee) ;)

I set a higher goal now since ive already almost acomplished it in less then half the time so im hoping to hit 210 and after pct hold on to 200-205? I've already got sust for my next cycle im looking forward to how i respond to that if im growing like a weed on winny! :p

And i've had a few thick chicks back in my party days which im not too proud of :(

All shit aside - there's no way you added 20 clean lbs. Sorry, not buying it. Guaranteed some is bf, albeit a small amount...it's not ALL clean. Just doesn't happen to that extent even with a super fast metabolism.
