Hypnosis

Anyone here experienced hypnosis (Self Hypnosis/Stage Hypnosis/Clinical Hypnosis)?

I just read a book on hypnosis and decided to try hypnotising myself. I suceeded and it was pretty cool.

As soon as I went into a trance my head went straight back just as it said would happen in the book, now i feel very relaxed and happy.

Yep...sure does.

But staring at the same spot (especially a light like I did) made my eyes water like crazy. My sister interrupted me whilst in a trance ans asked why i was crying!
