Hypnosis.... does it really work?

AAP and jd_uk, I'm sure there are some good links, but to be honest when I was really into learning this heavy I got it from books, tapes, videos, seminars & classes and the only real way to learn it, which is doing it in real life... I just don't know of any excellent websites to learn from, but I can look around and get back to you guys.
