Hye my chest routine,Needing a good change please help

I am wanting to achieve the body of a (pro) wrestler and havent got much so far,here it is:

Flat Barbbell BP: 3 s,7 r + 1 more set with about 3-4 reps on really heavy weight

Incline Dumbbell BP: 3 s,7 r

Flat Fies:3 s, 7 r

Incline Barbbel BP: 3 s, 7 r

I usually have a sore chest for about 2 days but Im pretty sure this routine sucks d!ck so please help me out ay

How much weight is your "1 more set with about 3-4 reps on really heavy weight" ???

More importantly, how much (more) weight are you doing next week? Even a well-designed sets/reps scheme isn't going to stimulate a lot of growth if you're not progressing.

This is true, the point I was going to be getting at was the number is most likely very or relatively low, and needs to be increased ...
 
I like it a lot - but try doing some reverse upside down decline flys - on the Hammer Strength if at all possible....

Me... I train 2 chest lifts... Flat Bench and Close Grip Bench. Itrain both in sets of 5, and do 5 total sets. I train them 2x per week, and on the 2nd session I try to do 10lbs more weight for 3 reps... Then I use the 3 rep weight for my 5's the foloowing week. WHen I stall, I reset the weights by several weeks anda ramp back up.
