I am wanting to achieve the body of a (pro) wrestler and havent got much so far,here it is:
Flat Barbbell BP: 3 s,7 r + 1 more set with about 3-4 reps on really heavy weight
Incline Dumbbell BP: 3 s,7 r
Flat Fies:3 s, 7 r
Incline Barbbel BP: 3 s, 7 r
I usually have a sore chest for about 2 days but Im pretty sure this routine sucks d!ck so please help me out ay
