i've done the hot sauce... never thought about mustard. Just sick of it to be honest so anything to maks the taste... even the texture is bugging me now.

i use 2 cans of tuna,ultra low fat mayo, and some rice. its not bad

rinse really well
heat up a skillet, some sweet onion, green onion, (bell peper is good to add too) toss the tuna in there, heat through, add some rice heat almost through and add some egg whites (1 per lg can) and cook through.

there are a BUNCH of great suggestions here, frisky, velv, shads, etc.. really good.

there are MANY resident goumets around here, who's experience with doing the RIGHT thing is almost certainly better than mine! (see names above for examples)


Hmmm... canned tuna, i am guilty of limmitted trial and error with it, but i WILL be trying some of the suggestions on this thread... for sure.

or before i leave for work ill just make a tuna omelette with 4 egg whites adn 1 yolk. and then top it off with salsa afterwards.
