Today I started a 30 day cycle of Beastdrol. I will give feedback at the end of each week. I will keep record of body weight and strength gains. I was thinking of posting before and after pic's and measurements, but haven't decided on that. I am on a 3000 to 3500 calorie a day diet with about 160 to 200 grams of protein a day. I eat relatively clean, but can splurge because I naturally lean.

Age: 28
Weight: a dismal 157lbs. ( so pathetic I didn't even want to post my weight. Used to be about 180 at the same bf.)
Hovering around 10% bf (last bf taken was 9%, but I will be modest)

Oh, by the way. You guys will think I am full of shit, but I noticed a difference the first day.

I'll be watching. I really want to try some of these OTC's but I'm a little weary on how much you can actually gain/retain off of these pills. If it's only a couple pounds, it's really not worth it to me to introduce a new substance into my body when I am still gaining naturally, albeit slow.

My diet is high calorie, high protein. Moderate carbs coming mostly from whole grains. Trying to stay away from the fats as much as possible. Sorry for the vagueness, I have never been very methodical about my diet. Mostly because my metabolism is pretty fast.

Training consists of a basic split:

Chest/Tri's
Back/Bi's
Shoulders
Legs/Abs

I am lifting relatively heavy. 4 sets/6-8 reps. 3 to 4 exercises per body part. I am sure it is not an ideal way to train, but seems to work for me.

I don't go by weeks, like monday this, tuesday that. I have an ongoing schedule of 2 on 1 off and what ever day I am off, i am off. Whatever day I am on, I am on if that makes sense.
 
The first week has gone by in a flash. I didn't bother on figuring how much strength I have gained since it is the first week, but I know there is definitely strength gains. I weighed in on the same scale with the same clothes on (minus shoes) first thing in the morning like before. I tipped the scales at 164 and a half which is a 7 1/2 lb gain since last Tuesday. I am very very lean, so any bloat or extra chub would be very noticable. Haven't experienced any sides yet. ie, back pump, acne, ect.
