What do you guys think of the Univ. of Nebraska's strength training program? I am a bodybuilder but I am seriously considering this sort of training for the next 12 weeks. It's a lot of multi-joint compund exercises.
The reps are 3x10 for the first 4 weeks, 3 x 5 for the next 4 week period, and a mixture of 2x5 and 3xs3 for the last 4 weeks.
Monday and Tuesday are heavy near 1rm days and Thursday and Friday are 20 lbs. below max training.

Rack Clean
Power Press (like military)
Stiff Leg Deads
Trunk Twist
Bent over Rows
Crunches
Tuesday and Friday

Do you guys think this is enough volume for chest --should I add dips or flies?
