Has anyone talked to these idiots? If so, when do they plan on getting their POS service back up and running? This shit is getting ridiculous! All I want are my old emails and then fuck them, I will never use their mail again. It's been down for, what, over two weeks now? Pathetic.

I think George exchanged a few words with the CEO of Hushmail. I got in fine the day after they shut it down. My problem was that I was using a Linux machine and didn't have Java installed with Netscape (which you need). Not sure if that'll help but ya never know.

I’ve sent several polite emails to them—but still no response.

I just want a bottom line answer; “Is my account a lost cause—or will it be back sometime?” That’s all I really want to know. If it’s a lost cause—I’ll move on and get over it. If it’s not a lost cause, I’ll be patient. You would think they could check that for me. In one email, I even offered to go Premium if it would help move things along. No response.
