Damn, I hurt my calf, and I am supposed to go hiking in 2 months...it's an overuse injury. My doctor says it's trigger points and to stretch it, however I have been doing that for 2 weeks.
any exercises I should do? any advice you can give? In 2 months time I need to be over my injury and able to hike 10 miles (right now I can barely walk without pain)
