There was a video leaked after Nick's street racing car crash of his mom and brooke street racing and his mom commenting about how fun it was to street race and run from the cops. The video was taken before his wreck....they interviewed the family after his wreck and she denied it was her in the video.....it was clearly her.

Yeah, they seemed happy, but of course that is television, even "reality" television. Hey, they should keep the tape rolling as they go through the divorce. Might help to pay for the settlement.
