Huge PR's were to be set on Monday night...but I did the better thing. I spent the time with Nefi...something much more important.

I sat there and thought...I could either train tonight or spend the few hours that I have left with her...together. It really wasn't even something that I had to think about long.

Just a thought...and to use a quote from my mother...

"It takes more than balls and muscles to be a man."

Thats awesome Bfold. Few can argue that you are one of the most dedicated and serious trainers on the board, and I think it is very admirable that you take the time to focus on so many other aspects of your life as well. In particular your thread about graduating a while back and now this one. A lot of people can learn from you bro, and I think this thread is a great example.
