Huge Calves while on?

I really want my calves to explode when I get on, how would you guys suggest I train them. A little everyday? One huge workout a week? Two a week? What kind of rep range works best?
 
I got big calves by accident -- I became addicted to jumping on a trampoline when I was much younger. I would sometimes jump until I couldn't walk because I was so into doing flips and trying tricks. Anyway, I have huge calves now. I told a friend of mine about the trampoline thing a year ago -- he bought one and has killer calves now. (Good for your heart too.) Just a thought.

We had a trampoline in our family when I was growing up, but I don't have big calves. I think genetics has a lot more to do with it than a trampoline.
 
I just walk on the treadmill for my calves. For me while on my calves explode. I also do a lot of seated calf raises, I do them a few times a week. My recovery while on is great! :mix:
 
Why my calfs got bigger!!

Well I know this is crazy but I'v been boxing for quit some time and when I was training for a tourtement The only thing i did for 8 weeks was push-ups,dips,pull-ups,jump,rope,neck/weights,shrugs,deadlifts,powerclings,and BY chance I was used to lifting weights alot more so i did my seated calf raise's at home every other mourning except sunday.My calfs grew great and so did my legs Those eight weeks I felt more evenly porporcioned than i ever was before now dont dawg me that was awhile back IM lifting regularly now.
