The PO caught him. But they called the state and told them to do it cuz they're lazy. The state police pretty much had no choice but to honor the request.

Ill have to agree with Ret. I live in the area and that value they are quoting is what they say the street value is. He is from a small town Im sure the will pound quarters out of his ass. If he was from a bigger city like Cleveland the cops would have just singed up for a product list.............
