Huge bruise on forearm

Just thought I would share but I currently have a 6"x3" bruise coming up on my left forearm. Probably will get much bigger in the next couple of days. This is what happens when you do zercher squats with 365 and the bar slides down you arm. Fuck do I love powerlifting :garza:

In case you can't tell I am a little bit of a pain junkie.
Oh and I will see if I can get one of work's digicams and post up a pic.

Cradle the weight in the crook of your arms when they are bent and at your sides. Squat down as normal and stand back up.

Carrying the weight lower helps core strength more. Plus the Conan's wheel event in strongman has the weight cradled on the forearms.
