Huge Bench World Record: 885lb! Video!

Well, then I guess it's a good thing you're not a powerlifter.

But still, I don't see why you felt the need to dis someone who is, and who's a damned good one, too.

Hey, its just one mans opinion. My idea of anabolic training is based on compound lifts through the maximum range of motion, so the idea of doing a partial rep bench press while girdled up in a "bench-shirt" has little more than freak value to me.

we got sidetracked from the real issue here...

the real issue was my thread stealing question "anyone have any idea how heavy those plates are... looks like he only has 10 total."

any powerlifters that aren't busy blasting anabolicmd can answer...

Some of the plates are probably 100 lb'ers, Tack. 6 100's and 4 45's plus the bar would be 825. Then add some change on the ends.

Anyone have any clips of those Coleman deads? I still say Brock Lesnar is stronger overall than him though.
Doubtful. Coleman is one of the strongest bbers ever. Incline presses with 200lb. dumbbells for sets.

Great lift. Props to him, not the way I want my body to look though. How many think he hit Halo before that lift? Not to say I could do it Halo or not! That's alot of lbs.
