Huck, Quadsweep, JC21 & Vets- Post Cycle Regimine???

Fellas, there's so much misinformation out there about how to properly finish a cycle to retain most of your gains. I thought it would be a good idea to post this question and get each of your opinions on the topic. Clomid only? Nolvadex only? HCG with Clomid or Nolvadex? Arimidex? Which method is the most effective? Which do you recommend???

For most cycles,a clomid/arimidex/liquidex combo works excellent.For cycles that have shut you down hard(usually involving the progestin bases deca and fina),an HCG regimen just prior to clomid therapy may be in order to increase testicular volume and get the testes responding to L/H again.
Recommended dosages?

HCG@ 2500i.u. for 5 days straight.

Clomid ran in the following format:
Day 1)300mgs
Days 2-12)100mgs/day
Days 13-21)50mgs

The arimidex/liquidex can be ran at .5mg or 1mg ED or EOD.

that should be fine.

some like to add nolva in as well (or even sub it for clomid).
my current cycle is going to end with clomid, nolva, letrozole and bromo...

I would also take Bromo and then after cycle take anavar at 20mgs ED for 8 weeks along with kynosylan
