I wouldn't say there is a perfect or exact method in post cycle recovery procedures as everyone has their own methods. For example, post cycle I will most likely do standard clomid therapy at 100mg first 7 days then 50mg next 7 days and that's it for the clomid. Femera will also be used up to 6 weeks post cycle at most likey around 1.25mg eod or every third day. It's what I did before and it worked great. Well... without the femera though. I will also be taking glutamine at 20 grams ed along with creatine at 10 grams post workout. (I am no longer taking these 2 supplements during my cycle but only post cycle as it's effects will be more pronounced during this critical recovery phase) As well I will be cutting back on overall sets I do on workout days but make sure to keep things simple and get enough rest. This is especially all the more important during this stage as your body will be in an extremely catabolic state and needs all the rest it can get.
Some people will recommend more. But again everyone is different in what they will do and how well they will recover. Some may recommend GH, slin, d-bol or anavar in the morning. Again, everyone is different. Good luck bro.
