HST Training

I did a search of the forums for this sort of training and found precious little. I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this sort of work out system.

If you're looking for what kind of results people get on it, 99% of the things I've read are positive. I enjoyed it myself as well.
I'm not doing it now, but I'll start back on it soon.
