I am finding my maxes for my first HST cycle. I found my fifteen rep maxes Tuesday. I am susposed to find my 10 rep maxes later today. I am pretty sore from tuesday and a hard physical fitness session in ROTC. I know that being sore does not stop hypertrophy ( you can still have hypertrophy while being sore) but should I still try and find my maxes?
