For the record...DO NOT TAKE DNP during the weeks of 5 reps. Holy shit I thought I was going to die Sunday...
squats no problem
SLDL no problem
Pull ups no problem
bent over rows no problem
Inc Db was tough
flat bench no problem
Calves no problem
dips with added weight...this is where things went down hill
PD...struggled
Shoulder press...almost died..second set of 5 was to failure (barely got 5)
rear delt raises...almsot puked from being crunched
standing curls..could barely move the weight
hammer cross curls..skipped
4 arms skipped
shrugs skipped
after attempting curls (couldn't even get 2 reps) I layed down on a bench for 15 minutes, i got up and my towel was soaked through and was saturated to the point of dripping on the floor. during my hour plus workout I drank 2 20oz bottles of awater plus gatorade (which with the carbs made me hotter). I have 1 more day of 5's then i am taking 3 days off and starting the 4 weeks of 10's. not going to use DNP for 2 months until I am back at 10 reps again.
