Everyone has to start somewhere HS. Your body will respond quickly. You have a good frame and a decent amount of mass to work with. Just watch the diet and dude, do your laundry.

LOL, maybe compared to pro lifting guys, but trust me, next to an average guy, you are very muscular. you have very nicely defined lower thigh miscles, nice arms and chest, and just enough abs showing through. Very sexy package. Trust me you dont look like shit, I know literally dozens of guys whod pay to worship your muscles. you wouldnt get near as much $ as the serious muscleboi hustlers, but you have some decent muscles there.

You gotta good base just keep hitting it and it will come back in no time. Wouldn't hurt to get some sun though.
