HRT DOSE AND Everday training:

Is it ok, or does anyone get decent results training everyday while on a light cycle (i.e. 250mg test/week)?

My workouts dont last more than 45 minutes and I have a full day for quads, a full day for just hammstrings and a full day for just arms.....would it be ok to run it daily?

I thought you'd got the exercise addiction under some semblance of control?
 
iT ACTUALLY HELPS ME relieve stress and anxiety bro......it's not like I'm training 2hours a day everyday of every month.....it's 45minutes...quick and intense.
 
I'm on 100mgs of Prop EOD and 25mgs of Var for my HRT and am getting good results.
 
I train with weights 3x a week, I run 4-5x a week, I coach rugby 2x a week, and I attend my own rugby training 2x a week + games. Weight training is really only a very small part of achieving my goals, most of the time.
 
There is a lot of HRT info in the Life Extension area of this site. One topic of long discussion was HRT dosages and Cycle dosages.

My HRT program is based on long term findings from a variety of age group patients from two major hospitals in the Ann Arbor, Michigan local .... St. Joe's and U of Mich.

Their position is that HRT maximums are 100 mg of test weekly, 15 iu of HGH monthly and 0.25 a-dex twice a week. Over these amounts, especially with the addition of an oral, is a cycle and must be severly limited in duration. In fact, they will not support cycles, including writing prescriptions and submitting insurance claim forms.

I've been on thier program for years and had my best blood test results in my life adhering strictly to the diet, supplements, exercise, recovery and drugs in the program. I slowly gained additional muscle to where I was bigger and stronger and healthier than ever before.

I have done 2 cycles also and gained muscle, strength and water just like everyone else. Upon completion, I lost from 33% to 50% of the gains. I still finished bigger and stronger.

What went to hell was my health indicators. PSA, cholesterol, blood pressure and liver were markedly poorer. Test and DHT went through the roof. They came back to the improved normal after some time off.

You have to ask yourself what you are going to partake in ... HRT or Cycles. I loved the cycles, but to do them everyday and call it HRT was not correct. And to do HRT and expect cycle results is also not correct and disappointing.

Decisions, decisions.

I can understand loving to workout every day. And the aas will push you through.

I'd just be real honest with myself about overtraining. If your nervous system is getting fried, then scheduled rest days are as valuable as working out days.
 
My plan was to run a HRT dose of 250mg a week of test with 250 of eq for 10 weeks. This was to get my eating and training in check. Then, go right into a cycle of test and eq for 8-12 weeks at a min. of 500mg a week and 6mg of eq or deca. Then a proper pct and continue to be clean for the next 6 months after that. Solid approach?
 
So what is the consensus? Mind might say to go train something after work, and even my body might feel good....but 1 day off is important? I went this morning and did 25 minutes of very very light cardio to get the blood flowing...just a walk on the incline treadmill....and a few nautalist movements to stretch out a pump up......is it dumb?
