anyway I wanna start doing sit ups\crunches to help get my abs out..now i heard if you have fat over your abs doing that is only going to push the fat further out making your stomach bigger.. atm my stomach is hard..you cant see abs though and i guess there is a some fat over it ( i get little rolls when i sit down not big ones though :O)

any advice :)?

Also, How can someone get gyno? i have had puffy nipples since about 14 years old~ there is no hard things in it though they're soft..when my nips get hard they look normal..so i dunno :(
 
the lower your bf the better you will see your muscles. however at 115lbs I wouldnt recommend cutting. why dont you start lifting on a regular basis instead of wondering about your abs?

during puberty some guys get a gyno. sometimes it goes away after a while sometimes it stays. I have it myself. As far as I know you could either have surgery on it or live with it.
 
Don't waste your time doing hundreds of crunches. Abs are mostly fast twitch fibers (two kinds of muscle fiber: called fast twitch and slow twitch). Doing more than about 15 rep. sets will decrease the effectiveness of the exercise. Train them like your other bodyparts- use weights after you can do 15. Also, like petpre said, it will help to make this a part of a full body weight training program because one acts as a synergist for the other.

About pec fat, some people just naturally have more of it than others. Again, weight training and proper diet will help you there also.
 
My suggestion is to hit the squat rack and do some deads. Just whatever you do don't try and go loose more weight.
