Ok theres this guy in my gym who started in january 2001 he was puny now hes freaking huge (no water but not ripped)so i figured he was juicing but he told me he wasnt so i figured bullshit cause this guy literally does 25 sets for back,25 sets for chest , 12 sets for tris, 15 sets for bi's 20 sets for shoudlers doing about 7-11 reps each exercise ,he does 2 body parts a day trains 5 days a week with 3 minutes rest periods between sets and always raises the weight but lowers the weight on the last set
So i figured ill try it clean to see whats the deal 2 weeks later and i gotta say WOW im impressed the pumps are great im already lookign bigger and am stronger im stickign with this for a while
