Hows this look...

I am needing a good heavy mass cycle before I start to harden up for my next contest. Heres what I have so far.

WK 1-10
900mg sust
400mg deca

WK 1-4
50mg anadrol ED

Wk 5-10
50mg Dball ED

WK1-10
.5mg arimidex ED


This will be my 5th cycle I've done. I am 5'8" 185 7-8% bf

I personally wouldn't run anadrol and D-bol in the same cycle. Your liver will be put ot the test.

personally, I wouldn't take 10 weeks of orals. just my opinion. Make sure you take the necessary liver protectants if you decide to go forward with your current cycle.

otherwise, it doesn't look bad. What did your previous cycles consist of? The reason I ask is because that's quite a bit of sust. (and I'm assuming you'll be taking the 300mg stuff).

most times i've seen people run the drol and dbol in the same cycle they do the drol for weeks 1-2 and then dbol wks 3-6...

10 weeks of 17aa seems like a lot but then again.. i'm running dbol for 2 weeks and winny for 8 weeks.. which is the same.. so... i don't know..

everything else looks good though.

Thanks for your help. I may end up cutting the anadrol short to 2 weeks with 6 weeks of dball.
