hows this guys form (clean and press)

I was surfing you tube looking for standing clean and press techniques. I am going to add them to my "new" chest routine tomorrow. SInce I allready do military on chest day. Also since its chest day I dont want to do the full pull from the floor(sore knee anyways).

So is this dude doing them correctly? I cant find any other vids of just standing ones.

Should look something like this tomorrow:

***Flat DB press: 2 light warm up sets, 2 moderate warm-up/work sets
3 heavy low rep work sets

***Low incline BB press. DOnt care for BB, but if its low incline it doesnt bother the shoulders. 1 warm-up set, 3 work sets.

***Seated dip machine 3-4 sets

*** Here is where I would do military press. But If I am doing the standing cleans, do I want to still do military too? or would it be overkill?
 
I'm not any kind of expert but to me that looks shitful... even though to me shoulder pressing 225 is very impressive but the supposed hang clean he is doing is poor, i dont see any trap pulling and he is basically reverse curling it
