How's this for a bad workout..

I started warming up on squats with the empty bar. I dropped down into a full squat and pulled the hell out of my quad. It hurt like a bitch. I put 135 on and I couldn't even go down half way it hurt so bad. I figured to hell with leg night, I'll just do some arms tonight.
I did some close grips and then went to do some preacher curls. I was going to lower the preacher bench and as I pulled the pin out to drop it down I dropped the damn thing and got my finger pinched in the support rack. That stung like an even bigger bitch. I just decided to hell with it all and I retired to the hot tub. Now I'm sitting here with my a bruised finger that's swollen to twice it's normal size and my quad still hurts when I try to walk. Damn life can suck sometimes!
