How's this day menu look for Crum's ULTIMATE diet ?

Here's what I had today:

10AM - Protein Shake w/water - (50g protein per serving)
12PM - Workout
1PM - Protein Shake w/water & dextrose (40g of dex)
2PM - 10oz. Lean Steak w/ Brocolli and Lettuce & Flax
4PM - 1 Can of Tuna w/ light mayo & olives
6PM - Grilled Chicken Breast
8PM - Smoked Salmon 5oz. & Chicken Breast
10PM - Tablespoon of Flax

Breakdown:
2416cal
330g Protein (55%)
38g carbs (6%)
106g far (40%).

I'm 6'2 - 215lbs and the above cals are 1000cals below maintenance (2lbs fat loss per week).

I'm trying to do Crum's Ultimate Diet.. how does this menu look to you ?
 
looks good to me...

But for meal 1, wouldnt it be better to have fat with that protein as opposed to eating the flax seed on its own at 10pm?

It says 106 grams of fat, but I can really see where it comes from...2 tbsp of flax has 30g... steak and salmon Im sure has at least 10-20g each..so that leaves us at 50g... where does the othere 56 come from? Light mayo and olives?

But hey I could be wrong...
