How does diet look?

meal 1- 2 scoops protein, 1 pack oatmeal

meal 2- 1.5 cup total whole grain cereal in 2 scoops protein/water

meal 3- 8oz. chicken cutlet, 1 pack oatmeal

meal 4- 7oz. tunafish or 5oz. chicken in can
2 slices whole grain bread
greek yogurt w/ half scoop protein

pre w/o - protein bar, banana

post w/o 2 scoops protein, 1 scoop carb

meal 5- 4oz. lean meat or 1 cup whites,1 whole egg
sweet potatoe or 2oz. whole grain pasta

snack - 2oz. dry roasted unsalted peanuts or 2 tbsp pb

before bed -2scoops n2bulk

TOTAL- CALORIES 3,390 P/367 C/325 F/90
goals are to put on some lean muscle while on cycle. my maintance calories are about 2800. i know i will need to adjust calories and macros depending on the gains im making... please critque
 
IMO you have a lot of protein powder in there.. I'd switch some of that out with real food, e.g. in meal one throw in egg whites and a few whole eggs =)
